DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Prodie Santé Recruitment, S.L. (hereinafter “Prodie Santé“) informs the user (hereinafter, the “User“) of the website www.prodiesante.com (hereinafter the “Website“) about its data protection policy applicable to personal data collected through the Website, so that the User can decide freely and voluntarily to provide his/her personal data which may be required or be obtained at the time of access and use of the Website.

The only personal data which Prodie Santé shall have access through the Website shall be: (a) those voluntarily provided by the User (i.e. when the User provides the identification data), and (b) information that the entity obtains when the User uses the Services described in the Legal Notice (i.e. we may collect information about the Services used and how the User uses them through the cookies installed). Processing of Personal Data

Prodie Santé Recruitment, S.L., with registered office at C/ Monte Umbrío, 47. Código Postal 28770, Colmenar Viejo – Madrid (Spain), informs that the personal data that the User may provide will be incorporated into a file whose data controller is Prodie Santé for the collection, use, disclosure and processing of the personal data for the purposes of:

a) Verifying the User’s identity, qualifications and experience in accordance to the requirements set out by the applicable regulation;

b) Managing the recruitment of professionals, either for specific locum duties or as candidates for permanent positions or long-term contracts, in the health public and private sector, anywhere around the world; to this end, the User is informed that:

(i) the personal data provided shall be processed to may be communicated for this sole purpose to the hospitals, health centers and others institutions seeking candidates;

(ii) the User may to be contacted by Prodie Santé by phone, sms or email. Job offers sent by Prodie Santé to your e-mail may stems either from the domain “prodiesante.com” or from an independent platform. In the latter case would include only the User’s email address, excluding any other information.

c) Managing and answer any questions or related issue that the User may arise; and

d) Sending electronic communications to the User, even after the end of his/her relationship with Prodie Santé, on any of the services of Prodie Santé Group.

By providing the personal data, the User certifies the accuracy of the information entered. The User shall be liable for the expenses and damages caused as a result of any misrepresentation.

Furthermore, for the same purposes indicated above, the User gives his/her unambiguous consent to Prodie Santé to carry out the transfer of his/her personal data to the following entities of Prodie Santé Group:

  • Prodie Santé International Inc. (settled in Canada, in 1100 Rue de La Montagne Suite 1401 – H3GOA2 – Montreal (Quebec)), as the entity within the group in charge of managing the employment opportunities (locums and fixed job positions) in North America and for the provision of strategy consultancy services to the group; and
  • Prodie Santé Singapore Pte. Ltd. (settled in Singapore, in 175 Bencoolen Street #12-11 Burlington Square – Singapore (189649)), for the provision fo strategy consultancy services to the group; and
  • Usonyx Pte. Ltd. (settled in Singapore, in 140 Paya Lebar Road, #08-02 –Singapore (409015)), for the provision of hosting services.

Singapore is considered as a country which does not offer an equivalent level of protection to Spain. For such purpose, pursuant the Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that the Entity has signed the relevant agreement in order to warrant the dully protection and confidentiality of your personal data and to ensure the implementation of the relevant security measures.

User’s personal data are subject to internal and exclusive use of Prodie Santé  group and they are not intended to be rented or sold to any third party without the User prior consent.

The User has the right and the possibility to contact Prodie Santé Group to exercise his/her rights of access, withdrawal, rectification, erasure and opposition regarding the collection, use, disclosure or processing of his/her personal data by any of the entities of Prodie Santé Group, by written request sent by e-mail at contact@prodiesante.com, indicating as subject, “Data Protection”. Should the User wish to cancel the reception of commercial communications, the User shall do it at any time by written communication to the foregoing addresses, indicating as subject “Commercial Communications Cancellation”.

The User understands and accepts that by pressing the acceptance box of the Privacy Policy available at the Website, the User grants Prodie Santé his/her unambiguous consent for the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Data Protection Policy.
